INTERNATIONAL DELEGATIONS
Large international groups can register as delegations. Each delegation must have a minimum of 10 participants from the same country and must have one person responsible for the delegation, who will serve as the contact person between the event Organizers and the delegation.
Below is the discount policy according to the number of participants.

In order to register as a delegation it is necessary to:
- Fill out all the blocks on the registration form below and click on “Send”;
- After filling out the forms, you must send proof of payment for the total cost of the delegation by fax or e-mail;
- Fax: (++55 (11) 5521-5606);
- E-mail: wsc@latinevent.com.br. For message ‘Subject’, please write: ‘Registration for Country Delegation’ (specify the country);
- When sending by fax or e-mail it is absolutely necessary that the proof of payment be identified with the complete name of the Head of the Delegation and include a telephone number or e-mail address for contact ( in order for us to be able to identify what registration we’re dealing with or to enter into contact if necessary).
Note: registration will only be confirmed when all the information requested above has been received. Unless all that information has been received, no registration will be complete.
